# What is HoustonSwap?

**What does HoustonSwap do?:**

> HoustonSwap is the first concentrated liquidity market maker on Aptos and Sui designed to automate the whole operation. The goal of this protocol is to make better use of capital, minimize impermanent losses for liquidity providers, and give traders the best trading price. We also know that the concentrated liquidity mechanism is not friendly for project owners, so we offer a few unique features to help the ecosystem.

Our vision is to build the fundamental infrastructure for the DeFi of **Aptos and Sui Chain**. HoustonSwap can provide serveral benefits for key players in the ecosystem:&#x20;

1. **Project Owners**(Liquidity Provider): Adopt our LONG-HOLDING value target liquidity algorithm and manage the multiple yield tokens for their own pair. Project Owners can even set **BONUS APR** for the liquidity of specific price range(even support non-active liquidity) to **stabilize the price.**
2. **Institutional Players**(Liquidity Provider):  Leverage on our existing setup and build their own strategy based on our automation infrastructure
3. **Retail Yield Farmers**(Liquidity Provider): Use our **stop-loss bot** to prevent unmanaged risk and deposit single token to One-click Strategy Vault.
4. **Market Makers**(Trader): Integrate our trading SDK and trade on **LIMIT ORDER/RANGE ORDER** through our DEX.
5. **Retail Markets**(Trader): Trade the tokens at **better price** and **smaller slippage** powered by our Concentrated Liquidity Algo.
6. **Launchpad**: Integrate our **ADD LIQUIDITY SDK** and provide seamless experience for project owners.
